Hi guys:
I think I posted this to the wrong area before. So here goes . . I have a Roland SCC-1 card. It's ISA. Is there an adaptor to plug it in for USB to work on my Windows 8.1 machine?
Windows 8.1, Dell 27, Core 7, 16 megs, etc. . . .

I Googled "ISA to USB adapter" and a bunch came up. Very reasonable prices, too, like $25.

I didn't know the all-in-one's, like a Dell XPS 27 had any buss "slots," disregarding USB & HDMI ports, let alone an ISA slot?? Are you really looking for a USB TO ISA adapter for the SCC-1? That makes more sense to me unless my meds have confused me again. They also make those types of adapters BUT they ARE NOT $25 more like $150 and you'll (probably) want an enclosure, and possible power supply hook-up lines (+/- 5vdc and +/- 12Vdc) http://arstech.com/install/ecom-prodshow/usb2isar.htmlLarry PS Not trying to discourage just making sure I understood the question correctly (or not)

Yes, Larry's link makes sense, given an ISA card and no ISA slot.

Did you mean 16 Gig of RAM
