This sounded like an after hours jam session. Great job on creating that feel!
Your guitar was a perfect fit for the backing tracks.
{edit - almost forgot - I would eliminate that stick count in if I were you.

Very nice mix of sad an happy sounding melody. I agree with Guenter though about the buzz. You should be able to filter it out. Does any have a good suggestion on what frequencies to cut?

Since your list of real tracks didn't include a jazz guitar, I'll assume you played that instrument. Then I'll go on to assume you're pretty good at it, because I sure enjoyed your song!
