Hi,
Id like to use BIAB and youtube at the same time. Im having a tough time finding a free multi client ASIO driver that will work with Windows 7?? The Steinberg driver is 32 bit only, and Jack looks very complicated... thanks

Ed, what's your sound card?
BIAB 2025 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 7 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6, Song Master Pro, Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Roland Integra-7, Presonus 192 & Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors.

Ed If you set windows default playback device to VoiceMeeter Input and Biab to VoiceMeeter AUX Input and Hardware output on VoiceMeeter Panel A1 to your sound card you should get them both.

Matt>I don't have an interface yet, I am planning on buying the NI Komplete Audio 6, for the fact that it has Multi Client drivers, however, I've seen a lot of Windows users having problems with it in Win 7 64. SO....Maybe I'll get the Scarlett, but it doesn't have Multi Client drivers. Hope you are doing well Matt, my intention is to get up and running on a Mac, and use the Apollo Twin as my interface and upgrade to the Audiophile version of BIAB.

Steinberg released a ASIO multi-client driver a few years ago. I can run BIAB, RB, Win Media player or Youtube apps all at the same time on WIN 7x64. Jeff

Hi,
I talked to a guy at MOTU today about the Microbook II, which looks fantastic, he did confirm that the drivers are multi Client, I think this is going to be my next interface.
Wish I knew how to set up Reason or Pianoteq INSIDE BIAB so that I could play without latency while playing along with Real Tracks or recording a melody. Seems like it used to be easy.....

. . Pianoteq INSIDE BIAB so that I could play without latency while playing along with Real Tracks or recording a melody. You should be able to do all of that with VB Cable VoiceMeeter/Recoder, using standalone Pianoteq and record your melody track, you can drop the track in RB as you can't pan the audio track in BB, see pic above.
