A short piece of pop song expressing my love to my cats or the cat in general. I included the descriptions of three kinds of lovely actions of them. I hope you could imagine what they are doing. https://soundcloud.com/hirokata1121/homage-to-catsI had done most of the work using BIAB, and used Sonar X3 for final processing such as assignment of instruments to MIDI tracks from Rapture Pro, splitting the melody part into four sub-parts to assign four different instruments to it and so on. I hope you like this song. The styles used in BIAB: -MOONRIV.STY (Pop Waltz- Straight-8ths) and UKMOOD.STY (UKMood -Acoustic 6/8 Rock).

Easy to listen to. Mix is good, but I noticed a distinct tempo change at the 40 second mark by about -12BPM. Maybe this was intentional?

The tempo of the song is 150, but those of the parts describing cats' actions are changed to 135, 135 and 130 respectively. Maybe it was not a good idea? Hiroshi

I have two cats; Mari and Sara. Both are Japanese names though they resemble English names Mary and Sarah . I posted two videos to Youtube with the titles of "Mari's theme" and "Sara's theme" a year ago, and this song were originally made for the videos. Happy New Year, too! Hiroshi

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
