I am now getting these pop up messages that state that my current drum kit has no bass drum assigned, followed by no snare drum assigned, followed by no closed hi hat assigned.
This just seemed to randomly start a day or so ago.
Even after adding real drums I still get these pop up messages.
Any one have any ideas as to why?

What version and build of BIAB are you running?
What version of Windows?
What is your single core score from Geekbench?
BIAB 2026 Win Audiophile. Software: Fender Studio One 8, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6, Song Master Pro, Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Fender Quantom HD8 & Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors.

Further to Matt's questions, does it do this on all songs, some songs, only MIDI songs?
Does it do this after you press Play, or after you load the song, or after you make some other change?
Are you using an external MIDI device or internal?
After you changed to RealDrums did you regenerate before you got the message?
More information obviously helps reduce the guesswork that others need to make to assist you.

What version and build of BIAB are you running? - BB 2016 and the latest after the last update, which I just realized this only started after that.
What version of Windows? - Windows 8.1
What is your single core score from Geekbench? - Sorry I don't know what that means...

Does it do this after you press Play, or after you load the song, or after you make some other change? - Yes after I press play or Regenerate.
Are you using an external MIDI device or internal? - I am using an external midi device.

Tony, thanks for the info. I assume you are on build 431.
You didn't say if the drums all play OK. Is your post about that, or is it just that you get the annoying messages?

With real drums they play ok, however it seems that theres no count etc without real drums.
I'll have to do a little more experimenting to see how it all shakes out.

Ok so it seems that after the update from the other day, week whatever...lol
That the midi setup that I fought for weeks to get working was blown away by the update. Thank fully I remembered what it was and got it back.
So the issue was there was no synthesizer sound card selected in the midi audio setup.
Once that was done the problem went away.
