One of the most common things I do is insert and delete bars. Please add "Insert Bar(s)..." and "Delete Bar(s)..." to right-click menu. If you need space there I would recommend removing things like "Song Settings...", "Display Options..." and "Preferences..." as these do not seem to be related very closely contextually to a chord sheet cell.

A HUGE +1 to this!!!
I right-click cells all the time expecting to add or delete bars at that point... and then always think... "Oh, yeah, that's not here... another menu..."
