The melody lift on the hook "She Says" is great, makes it memorable and pretty and catchy. I wish I had a better way of expressing myself about it. Love the rhythmic feel, another very cool song,

Great stuff David!! I really like this. The chorus melody is really catchy. I really like "the band" you chose. Lyrics are interesting and insightful if somewhat abstract. You're doing some great stuff! Take care. Greg

Another good one. The verses are very stream-of-consciousness and the chorus nice structured-catchy - cool combination. The verses reminded me of Loudon Wainwright III - not sure why... (I was a big LWIII fan).
Very cool combo of instruments. Nice mix. The vocal is at a good level - I thought it would sound nice to add a pretty good delay to it and a touch more reverb (for this style).

Enjoyed this one a lot.
Unlike me, you write songs that tend to work well with your vocal style. I rarely sound adequate.
Like me, I think this is the second song you've posted that has the same title to a song i've used.....

Hi David,
That was ‘talented’ my friend I think lots of folks underestimated your ‘gift. I love that way of doing a song, the beat at twice the vocal time frame of lyrical phrasing, and as always with you, thought provoking. Work at this song, perhaps condense the time, you have a winner.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks to each and everyone of you for your wonderful comments. My wife Gayle and I are celebrating our anniversary today so if I stay at the computer more than 10 minutes I will be in the dog house.

You had me right from the start on this one!
You have that knack of putting poetry to music and I like it. Your vocal was super and were your backing track but the lyrics took it over the top for me.
Great song.
