OP bowlesj Expert B Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 803	Thanks for the ideas guys. I just checked and avast has a free version for windows 10. I will get rid of the norton which I don't trust anyway and try avast. Before I do this however I will do some research and see if there is a way to return a file from the norton virus vault. If I am successful in returning it I will post how I did it. In the meantime I have been downloading from the BIAB website and installing gradually.
