Are you looking for chord charts? There are several basic progressions, usually noted something like this:
1 1 4 4
1 1 5 5
1 1 4 4
1 1 5 1
There are hundreds of these variations.
BB is the best tool I know of to actually learn progressions and how the sound, instantly.
That's a standard 1-4-5 and the song is Leaning on the Everlasting Arm. 4/4
Try Key of C. About 90 bpm. Try a country shuffle, and plug into the BB interface
CC CC FF FF
CC CC GG GG
CC CC FF FF
CC CC GG CC
G7
That could be called a template. Transpose for variety of Keys after getting some instruction on scale patters, root, whole whole half whole whole half octave. Start by playing basic 1-3-5 note bass guitar chord sequence,
first note being 2nd string, 3rd fret. Then play e note and g note on the 3rd string. Learn to count 4/4.
When you master this, you will know where the C-E-G/F-A-C/G-B-D notes are
on the first position. Build on that foundation.
Hope this is something like what you are looking for.
