A blues/jazz kind of thing. I hope you enjoy. Realtracks for bass and the B3. I played the various guitar parts including the 'siren'. Drums provided by Logic Pro X Drummer. Djembe is an Apple loop. The Ghost of Amy Winehouse I went up Bogong Mountain, you won’t believe what I found there The ghost of Amy Winehouse, pretty red flower in her hair Her skin shone like diamonds, she sat upon a throne A dog growled in the distance, I heard a dead man’s moan Come over, she said quietly, and tell me what you know I’m stuck inside a prison, she said, 1000 miles from home I said I don’t know nothing, and that aint a lie She looked at me kinda sad, and rain clouds filled the sky Rain it fell for weeks, water all around Then cows gave birth to calves, flowers filled the ground I went up Bogong Mountain, you won’t believe what I found there The ghost of Amy Winehouse, pretty red flower in her hair

What a tune! I love the groove and general vibe of this one. It had me swaying in my seat!

 We had never listened to her until we ran across a video of a duet with Tony Bennet. Then we explored and then we realize what we had missed and how good so much of it was. This is a very effective package -- particularly the haunting lyric, vocal and groove. Nice guitar also and the Logic drummer did well. We like the "connect your own dots" lyric Really well done. J&B

Gracias everyone. Like you Bud I feel I kinda missed the Amy phenomenon when she was around. The media storm around her struck me as tacky and it put me off. Then someone I knew asked me to learn some of her songs. Wow. Even stripped back they punch you in the belly.
