Ich habe BIAB 2016 auf einem Surface Pro 4. Leider gelingt es mir nicht, das Fakesheet/Leadsheet im Hochformat in eine vernünftige Form zu kriegen, entweder sind die Akkorde zu groß und überlappen sich oder die Noten so winzig, dass ich sie nicht lesen kann....ich habe diverse Einstellungen versucht.
Wurde das Problem in den Nachfolgeversionen 2017 bzw. 2018 gelöst oder mache ich was falsch.

Hallo, sws, willkommen im Forum! Ich habe ein Surfacemit aktuellem BiaB 2018 und werde die Hochkantdarstellung heute mal ausprobieren. Evtl. ist das wirklich ein besonderer Punkt, weil BiaB nicht für Hochkantdarstellung optimiert ist - ich habe das bislang tatsächlich nie versucht. Insgesamt ist die Notaitons- und Schrifteinstellung in Biab knifflig. Die Einstellungen verteilen sich gleich auf mehrere Stellen und sind auf den ersten Blick nicht immer leicht zu durchschauen, auch weil sich Teile der Einstelloptionen sowahl auf den Druck als auch auf die Bildschirmdarstellung der Notation beziehen, andere wieder nicht. Ich versuche, da mal etwas Licht reinzubringen, in dem ich die beiden Haupteinstellungsfenster mit Erläuterungen versehen habe. Die Einstellungen unter Optionen-Voreinstellungen-"Anzeige" beziehen sich nur auf das Chordsheet-Fenster. Unter "Notation" findest du Optionen für das Notationsfenster und das Leadsheet bzw. den Notendruck. Einstellungen für die Chordsheet-Ansicht  Einstellungen für die Notations-Ansicht

Hallo sws,
ich habe das auf meinem Surface nachvollzogen und bekomme die Anzeige des Leadsheets ganz gut hin mit der Skalierung des Notensystems auf 76 % (in den Optionen des Leadsheet-Fensters) und der Skalierung des Akkord-Fonts auf 50% und einer "Vertikalen Akkord-Pos." von 2 (beides in den Optionen-Voreinstellungen-Notation).
Aber das Leadsheetfenster ist trotz allem knifflig auf vertikalen Tablets zu benutzen, weil es (wie Band in a Box insgesamt) nicht sehr leicht und sinnvoll mit Stift zu steuern ist. Vieles geht nur mit Maus und Tastatur.

Dann hat sich wohl im Vergleich zu BIAB 2016 nicht viel in dieser Hinsicht getan.
Dann warte ich wohl noch etwas mit dem Update.
