It sounds like your piano track could be the one at fault.

BIAB has two systems for naming the tracks.

One... the track automatically takes its name from the instrument that is assigned to it.

Two... the track uses BIAB's original static naming which remains unchanged whatever the instrument that's added.

It's the Piano track in "Two", the static naming, that needs to be (a) unmuted, (b) have an instrument attached to it and (c) the volume turned up.

The original BIAB Piano track is the one immediately below the Bass track in the mixer.

If you want BIAB to show the original names (which is how I run the program), there will be settings similar to the ones I"ve highlighted on the image below that need deactivating. (The image relates to the Windows version of the program.)

P.S. BIAB 2018 has a fantastic collection of Realtracks and Supermidi tracks! I've been been really enjoying playing around with them.
