The Alphabetical order is one issue, as you can see at the right column some Dates are presented with wrong fonts! On win BB the same folder looks fine on both columns and in Alphabetical Order!
here is an example Song List from my 2018 Audiophile.
I have always looked to the " middle " column for my selection and not the Song Name in the first column because those Song Names are generally generated or provided by the user.
Personally I keep track of my projects by style used for each version of Mac Band ( i.e. 2018, 2017 etc ) rather than by Song name perhaps due to my short term memory for Song names.
Please note there is no insult intended by my response.
And of course others more skilled, such as Kent from PG, than I might know more to be able to help you.

Now that I look at your screenshot again, I'm seeing that some of those files are in the wrong order. I'm not sure what's wrong with the numbers at the ends of the file names though. Are the file names incorrect?
If you put that folder of songs in a ZIP file and send it to support@pgmusic.com, I'll be happy to test it on my Mac and see what I can figure out.
My list looks more like W's screenshot than Musicmountain7's. I was curious Musicmountain7, what do you have set for your system language, in the language control panel ?
When you see those strange characters, like #'s and %'s followed by numbers, a lot of times it's a unicode translation thing.
Just a guess though.

The issue with the second column is like this on all the folders! And you can see that in Mr W Attached screenshot which is not from my Computer and it still has the problem!
Can someone upload a Song List from his Mac without those hieroglyphics!
As soon as you send the folder of songs as a ZIP file, I should be able to replicate the bug and have it fixed. I'll need to see the actual files though, so I can compare what's showing up in the SongPicker list to the actual file names and include that detail in my bug report.

poor old Mister Magoo here is wondering what did you spot that is out of alphabetical ( and description )order in the second column of my submitted screen view ?
Also i think that those " hieroglyphics " are the condensed explanation or description of songs that obviously follow the Windows limit rather than the Mac's nearly unlimited use of letter's and numbers.
However, hope that Kent posts the results of his findings because as I mentioned earlier you posted an interesting problem Mac Band has with creating Song Lists.
