Perhaps the reverse cymbal sound at 1:16 is a bit too up-front. 1:30 sounded like the natural end, and at about 1:55 the repeated sax riff started to wear out it's welcome, but at that point you'd started a long fade, so can see the justification there. Perhaps if you'd faded the sax more during the end, it wouldn't have stuck out as much. Just my personal opinion, it's not "wrong" in any real sense. -- David Cuny My virtual singer development blog Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

I agree with David that the reverse cymbal is a bit too up front - but it is cool - some heavy reverb on it would make even cooler, I think... and set it back in the mix... fj 150+ Songs produced using BIAB RealTracks And 50 more... and some more...

His latest video, Next-Level AI Music Editing with ACE Studio and Band-in-a-Box, he explains in detail how you can use the Melodist feature in Band-in-a-Box with ACE Studio. Follow along as he goes from "nothing" to "something" with his Band-in-a-Box MIDI Melodist track, using ACE Studio to turn it into a vocal track (or tracks, you'll see) by adding lyrics for those notes that will trigger some amazing AI vocals!
