Phillipe manages to avoid room sound in his recordings and that means he fits smoothly into the mix. The SLUSH trombone sounds cool too. Meaning: The song gives a feeling of cheerfulness while driving through the landscape (with a glass of wine). This is translated by Google, my French is more like 'papa fume une pipe' or 'quelle heure est il?'. But with the first French words I want to tell you I liked the song because of the feeling it gives. And we drove a lot through France! But to me you made it a country song, with the banjo and the pedal steel. That fits with my desciption above, but is also a bit unusual for a French song. That's very good. I have one tiny remark: I would have liked a more distinctive chorus in the song.
