What a lovely and pleasant song. I'm a sucker for nice internal rhyme and a lover of positive and hopeful themes. You've delivered here. The backing is wonderfully subdued, but the production is there and very effective. Had this been "public" I would have "liked" it. Maybe one day. Thanks.

A beautiful song. Everything about this is well done.
A strong write. Beautiful melody and a solid, well constructed lyric.
The production is very nice, building at all the right spot. The vocal is well sung, well recorded and sits in the mix just right.

Excellent lyrics I can relate to, "What shall we say, when life doesn't play
by anybody's rules? We try, we fail, at times we look like fools", very nicely put, I'm currently writing a song in similar thoughts…
I like the simple and light arrangement, has beautiful melancholy in 60's songwriter style, strings fit perfectly.
