My Uncle is getting older now and told me that he wants me to speak at his funeral when the time comes. That's something I've never done before. I teased him that when the time does come, we're not going to just have a funeral, but we'll have something they're now calling a "celebration of life", with balloons and music, and that I intended to put the "fun" back in the word "funeral." He just laughed and said to do whatever I wanted. He didn't care because he'd already be dancin' on streets of gold ... and then the ideas started to come. Kickin' Up Gold Dust Don’t you worry about me when it comes my time to leave ‘cause you know that I’ll be kickin’ up gold dust. Yeah, I’ll be dancin’ in the streets with the angels around me and you know that we’ll all be kickin’ up gold dust. Yeah, we’ll all gather up around the throne in a place where the streets are paved with gold. So, when I die, don’t you cry. Don’t you make a fuss ‘cause you know that I’m just kickin’ up gold dust. Oh, I’ll be sailing crystal seas with walls of jasper around me singing praises to the King and kickin’ up gold dust. The pearly gates will open wide to my new home in the sky, so, you know that’s where you’ll find me kickin’ up gold dust. ‘Cause the angels and the saints and I will be praisin’ his name for eternity. They can put me in the ground, but I’m still heaven bound so, you know you can trust I’m just kickin’ up gold dust. No, the world will never be my home. ‘Cause life is just a journey to a place I know where treasure will never fade or rust, so, shout hallelujah because I’m kickin’ up gold dust. Everything on here except the vocals and the lead guitar are BiaB tracks. I probably could have found a better lead guitar than what I put on, but I got lazy and laid one down myself. Solid vocals (lead vocal could probably be slightly less hot here and there, but that's just a small nit). The pedal steel works a charm in the mix, you've managed it well. We never really got the Dave Hinson RT to work, we usually grab the ones from Eddy Dunlap. My personal favorite steel picker on BiaB is Paul Franklin, but I've had difficulty with his BiaB tracks because they are so busy. I've been lucky with Dave Hinson. The Bob Doyle Media YouTube channel is known for demonstrating how you can creatively incorporate AI into your projects - from your song projects to avatar building to face swapping, and more!

His latest video, Convert MIDI Chords into AI Vocal Harmonies with ACE Studio and Band-in-a-Box, he explains in detail how you can use the Melodist feature in Band-in-a-Box with ACE Studio. Follow along as he goes from "nothing" to "something" with his Band-in-a-Box MIDI Melodist track, using ACE Studio to turn it into a vocal track (or tracks, you'll see) by adding lyrics for those notes that will trigger some amazing AI vocals!
