OK, here we go. Dan, I think what you are seeing as chord names in Reaper (or any 'chord track' in other DAWs) is just like in BIAB, the interpretation of what chord it is when reading the MIDI file. No way. It is not an interpretation! Just like from Scaler. Reaper is only pasting the contents, not reading the notes. Oh, is that what you ment for argueing? Certainly don't want to do that.
