"This song is about a member of a welsh "spice girls" wannabe group I met when I was recording an album for them and then there was their dancing phew.......................err where was I oh yeh. Her name was Rashelle so she was the rash I didn't want penicillin to cure,blond and always dressed to kill, my cat wore more than she did. she was 19 and I wasn't anywhere near! so she became the daughter I was glad I didn't have. The group soon broke up so she decided to move in for a year or two and I soon had more visitors than a stately home every day.including a troupe of male strippers/dancers who once tried to show us the tricks.*shudder* egged on by the girls. hmmph!"
