Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer BiaB 2011 for Windows Audiophile Edition.
En le lançant j'ai un message de Band-in-a-Box :
Access violation at address XXXXXXXX in module 'Rdas1106.dll'. Read of address YYYYYYYY at: XXXXXXXX
C'est grave docteur ?

Quelle est le type d'installation : sur disque dur interne ? même partition que l'OS ? sur HDD externe USB ? Quel OS ? Plus de détail ne peut qu'aider !

Bonjour,
Installation de BIAB sur Dell XPS M1530 (BIOS : A12, Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (32-bit), Service Pack 2, Version DirectX 11, Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9300 @ 2.50GHz, Mémoire physique totale : 4.00 GB) avec fichiers sur le HDD BIAB via USB
ps : Sur le disque dur de BIAB à quoi sert le bouton on/off "FAN", il n'est signalé dans aucune doc livrée et donc aucune explication !

Bonjour,
Le bouton on/off FAN sert à mettre en marche ou à éteindre le ventilateur. J'en déduis qu'il s'agit d'un disque ventilé.

Pour l'install, voir à refaire l'installation complètement, penser aussi à défragmenter le disque dur après l'installation. Je n'utilise pas Vista. Si ça persiste, voir avec le support technique de PG Music.

P'tit lu all...
J'ai le m^m problème avec mon Everything PAK que je tente l'installe sur le HD de PG ou sur un HD interne de mon DELL.
J'ai également tenté l'installe sur un autre HD USB car celui de PG déconne depuis quasiment son achat et j'ai donc rapidement sauvegardé son contenu sur un nouveau HD de plus grande capacité.
Maintenant, je n'ai plus que mon 2010.5 installé sur C: qui fonctionne, mais je ne peux m^m pas installer 2011 et encore moins 2011.5.
Lorsque j'essaie, j'obtiens le message d'erreur suivant:
Error creating registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mgc
RegCreateKeyEx failed; code 5.
Accès refusé.
Abandonner | Recommencer | Ignorer
Je pense avoir foutu la ouaille sans le vouloir dans ma BDR car j'ai eu un premier problème avec le HD PG suite auquel j'ai pris la décision d'installer BIAB sur mon autre HD USB.
Comment les installe multiples sont-elles gérées au niveau de la BDR de Windows? On m'avait dit que je pouvais faire cohabiter une installe de BIAB sur mon C: avec celle d'un HD externe, mais j'avoue ne pas trop piger comment Windows y retrouve ses petits. Mon problème ne vient-il pas de là?
Merci d'avance à ceux qui pourront m'aider.

C'est assez étrange, normalement, BIAB n'écrit rien dans la BDR....

Me revoila après tout ce temps.
Merci John Luke pour ta réponse, mais mon problème n'a pas trouvé de solution dans ton lien.
En fait, mon problème n'a fait qu'empirer.
Je ne peux plus utiliser BIAB que sur mon netbook rikiki et uniquement via la version installé à bord sur C:.
Depuis plusieurs moi, j'ai un peu laissé l'affaire de côté par dépit et manque de temps, mais actuellement, avec l'arrivée de 2012, j'envisage de faire l'upgrade et je crains, du coup, de me retrouver avec une version 12 impossible à installer. Donc, je reviens sur le problème, et maintenant, lorsque je tente de lancer BIAB depuis le HD de l'EverythingPak, j'ai ceci:
Access Violation at address 053F3CEE in module 'Rdas1061.dll'
C'est quoi ce truc?
Et comment je règle le problème?
Si je tape Rdas1061.dll dans Google, j'ai pas mal de chose, mais rien qui semble en lien direct avec BIAB...
Il semble qu'il s'agisse d'une DLL fournie par Roland, donc, j'imagine que ça a à voir avec le générateur de sons virtuel General MIDI qui s'installe avec BIAB, VSC - Virtual Sound Canvas.
Bref, je suis aux aboies. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide...

Je viens de retenter l'installe complète depuis ma version 2009, puis 2010, puis 2011, et le problème persiste. J'ai toujours le m^m message d'erreur que mentionné dans mon post du 27/07/11 au sujet du "RegCreateKeyEx failed; code 5.", message que je n'ai finalement d'autre choix que "d'ignorer" si je veux que l'installe aille à son terme.
Et à la fin, encore et toujours Rdas1061.dll qui fait des siennes...
Je sais plus quoi faire!!!

A priori oui vu que je n'ai qu'un seul compte utilisateur et qu'il dispose des droits d'admin.
Au cas où, comment le vérifier?
Je retente l'installe complète en connectant mon HD BIAB sur un netbook, on verra.

Tu cliques avec le bouton droit de la souris sur l'exécutable de l'install et sélectionnes "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

Ben pour l'instant, c'est pas très probant.
Pour rappel, je suis sous XP. Quand je choisi "Executer en tant que..." le seul choix qui s'offre à moi est mon propre profil. Rien ne laisse voir la moindre option "admin".
Ce qui est sûr, c'est que l'installe depuis mon netbook ne fait que déplacer le problème. En effet, lorsque je lance BIAB, je n'ai plus de message d'erreur, mais à la place, la fenêtre principale de BIAB apparaît quelques secondes avant de disparaitre irrémédiablement. Via Alt+TAB, je vois toujours l'icône du soft, mais lorsque je la sélectionne, rien ne se passe et je suis finalement obligé d'en passer par Ctrl+Alt+Suppr. pour killer l'appli.
Question: Lorsqu'on installe une update (par exemple, la 2010 alors qu'on possède la 2009) l'installeur vérifie que 2009 est bien présent dans l'emplacement de destination. Ok, alors si moi je me décide, comme j'en ai envie en ce moment, à acheter l'upgrade 2011.5 vers 2012 en version Audiophile (donc, livrée sur HD), comment ça se passe? Puisque dans ce cas, mon 2011.5 Everything Pak ne sera plus utilisé, comment le HD Audiophile fait-il pour vérifier la légitimité de cette upgrade?
Parce que si ça peut régler mon problème, je cherche plus, j'attends mon HD Audiophile et basta.

Peut-être une piste: Lorsque je tente de défragmenter le HD BIAB avec le défragmenteur d'Auslogics, ce dernier m'annonce que le HD ne comporte plus que moins de 10% d'espace libre alors qu'il en contient en réalité plus de 30%... Peut-être un signe que c'est le HD lui m^m qui est en faute, non?

BIAB n'écrit pas dans la BDR.
Les entrées dans la BDR sont celles de plugins ou autres objets.
As-tu essayé de choisir d'installer uniquement BIAB sans le reste (càd sans les PG plugins, le VSC-VST Roland,..)?

Je viens de regarder dans mon système. Il n'y a aucun fichier de type Rdasxxxx.dll ni dans BIAB ni dans RealBand. Je ne pense pas que le problème vienne de BIAB, mais plutot du coté du système.

Tu peux aller voir là: http://www.errorsupport.net/rdas1061-dll.php. Il y a pas mal d'infos, regarde si c'est pertinent par rapport à tes symptomes.

John-Luke, c'est bien biab qui échoue lorsqu'il essaie d'associer les extensions de fichiers à l'explorateur, et c'est clairement un problème de droits. (mgc est l'extension du vieux style rock medium si je ne m'abuse).
Spawn-X, si tu n'arrives pas à lancer biab depuis ton disque dur, essaie peut-être d'effacer le fichier intrface.bbw (fichier de config).
