Old song but very relative to now (I forget what style it used)

Love this song and the vocals, goes to show how difficult it is to get views on Youtube, 430 in this case, when it really deserves many thousands more.

I found the session files, it was 2011 when it was written, now we have come full circle and the "bad 'ole boys" are back again, so it's relative. I think most would be fed up by now "so much trouble we're going through", is because so many needed to learn the hard way and needed to be waken up first to allow profound change to come. Faith King who wrote it is related to Trace Adkins.
The drums on the YouTube video sound worse than a drum machine I threw out after I got my RX11 in 1984 (looked it up and the date surprised the hell out of me). The guitar and bass don't sound very good but they're not as embarrassingly bad.
Thing is that I like the song and the vocal really does nail an excellent lyric. The playing on the guitar is spot on—the samples are too cheesy, that's all.
I went and listened to the demos in BIAB. This could certainly be done better nowadays with the app as it is. Dump it into a DAW and it could sound even better.
Yes I noticed the same thing, they have done something to it when adding to the video to try sell the song as I have the original Adobe Audition session and it's fine.
