Hi, started out as a Bossa but it developed into a Samba kind of tune but with a Salsa overtone, not intentionally, but that's how the style is. anyway, here is... Carioca party Style is OLINDA.STY (Olinda - Smooth Jazz Samba) Style MIDI Instruments are : Acoustic Piano (1), Acoustic Guitar (26), Slow Strings (50), RealTracks in song: 2963:Bass, Acoustic, BossaFastNeil Ev 260 RealTracks in song: 2381:Sax, Tenor , Soloist BossaEric Ev 140 (Bluesy), trumpet and piano MIDI Drums :33 Jazz Drums (33) Ez Drummer) Enjoy! Mike, this is one party I'm glad that I attended.
Super groove - you nailed the Samba combined with Salsa genre - maybe a new genre?

What a cool amalgamation of Latin ryhtms, Mike. All of your tunes are fun parties. Always a great band that I can imagine in a live setting. Yes, a terrific mix. The drums are particulary strong in this one. Much enjoyed. Very cool phrasing with the trumpet, and I particulary like "watching" the piano.

Sambsa maybe?  Cool party, session players, arrangement and a strong mix all make for a great listen. The all BiaB band master does it again and we enjoyed it. J&B

There's plenty to keep the listener engaged in this lively and thoughtful arrangement. My daughter would love this - she danced salsa at competition level.
My music may not set the world on fire but if it causes a glow in just one person's heart, it has all been worthwhile

Great Latin groove. How did you get the lead sound? Sounds like a sax/trumpet pairing..or did you lay an effect on the sax? Excellent, as always!
