A Celebration of Spring In the Northern Hemisphere, the Winter Solstice has passed. The days (daylight hours) lengthen. Soon, that which has been lying dormant will burst into life again. Millions of trees, naked since Autumn, clothe themselves with new leaves. Yes, Spring, with all its beauty and colour and fragrance, is on its way. Surely, that is worth celebrating. Ah, a very cool lift to the rush of new growth, Brian. Excellent backing track, and WOW what you layered on them is beautiful in melody and mood. They say plants and animals grow better with music and this one will encourage any seed to bloom.

Hi Brian!
A very evocative tune, and definitely sings ‘Spring’. It’s the harp that does it. While listening, I also got an impression this tune could’ve been used in a David Jones* commercial for elegant women’s fashion or fragrances.
I like how you use several instruments throughout the song, with the harp coming in and out, and the burst of the choir in the chorus.
* An upmarket department store here in Adelaide/Australia.

Nicely done, Brian. Has great warmth and a classical elegance that's easy to love. Certainly sets the right tone for Spring, as far off as that seems right now.

Andrew At 2min 35sec they would have to chop too much out to keep the commercial within the budget. Thanks for the thought, though!

All the instruments sound lovely. The harp sets the tone, and the flute has a melancholic melody.
