Hey Mick,

Sorry if the shoe fits....

Just a little over the top bro.

Eatin' crow can be good for the soul. I've had more than a few helpin's myself.

I've got an extra large helpin' for you on the backburner.

After that response, ..., you deserve some extra hot sauce with it.

Maybe a few halapeno's on the side.

If you step in sh*t, you need to wipe it off your shoes.

Guess what you stepped in?

If someone doesn't like my comments, just "ignore me as a user'.
I have several on my list. Now I have more.

Nothing was directed at anyone personally. If it was taken that way, ownership lies with the one who accepts it.

If someone wanted to say something on the other thread, that would have been the place to do it. Not come on this thread and say, in essence, "I could help, but screw you."

I appreciate the help that was offered. Thanks guys!
At this point though, I'm not going to spend anymore time with the Hyper Canvas issue. I'll find another synth that is not as buggy, and save mine & other's time.

Yes that is what I was saying. I'm over that. I should have helped out or kept my mouth shut.

You're going to have the same issue with the TTS-1 as well. The interface uses the same CC#'s.
Master Volume on those units is CC#3 on MIDI Channel #1. You have SOMETHING either the song or some sort of controller like a keyboard, wind etc. sending this CC at the start of the song.BIAB is not having an issue because if you still have the channels set to the default MIDI Channel 1 is not used.
You could try using the event editor to insert CC#3 MIDI Channel#1 on beat 4 of measure 2 of the count in. set a value of 90-127 and see what happens.

Well I'm not sure if Mick worked it out or not as I think he put me on ignore.
When you've lost your whole life as I have and think about some cock eyed remark you (I) just made and you have time to think about it it makes you wonder, " hey John what in the hell are you doing". I can't be taking my situation out on others.

That's a very positive attitude John. And it's the reason I took Mick to task for his comment.

He probably has me on ignore too! I just couldn't believe he said what he did in light of what you've recently had to deal with.

My thoughts are with you. Take care.

John,

You're welcome. The thoughts are sincere.

I hope Mick never has to go through anything even remotely similar to what you did. If he does, I hope folks will cut him more slack than he did for you for the off hand comment.

Would some one who isn't on Mick's ignore list tell him I offered a solution to his problem? Thanks

Mick, did you try putting the HC disc in your CD tray? With my old XP machine I would suddenly find HC not working and I had to put the disc in to reauthorize it. Funny thing is I've had my new Win 7 machine since April and haven't had that happen yet.

Hi Bob. I got rid of HC. I bought TTS-1.
Pretty much the same synth, but this works!
