LynnD Newbie L Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 2	MAC: I have both a Tyros 1 and 4....both have the same problem. Took your advice and did Factory Reset on the 1 this afternoon & it worked!! It's my backup machine, so wasn't too worried about losing any arrangements, but will backup all of them in the 4 tomorrow and then try the same function. Pray it works, and THANK YOU for your suggestion.....no one, even the techie at Yamaha even came up with that one!! Godspeed!! LD
