I'm surprised you didn't catch the
warbling flutter in the piano track at the very beginning!

To my ears, exposed RealTrack pianos are generally unusable, mostly because the transitions stick out like a sore thumb. It's really a shame, because there's some really awesome RTs. Add some drums, and you can generally hide the artifacts.
But where there's solo piano, MIDI is generally the best option.
Fortunately, people like you don't let minor stuff like that get in the way of creating good music.
