If it doesn't run there, then something's damaged the files on the use hard drive, and you should get a replacement. From us. If it does run, then it is something on the Original PC. Likely causes would be - antivirus program blocking the running of programs - some malware (virus) on your system blocking the running of programs Another thing to try is to update to the latest version of BB with a free patch.
