Everybody needs to do the same with all online accounts. Believe me I know it's a total PIA because every one of my passwords are hard to remember and I use a password manager to help with that. I only use each password once, no using the same one for more than one account. Changing them on a regular basis makes it hard to keep inventing good, strong new ones so a few of them are simply randomly generated. If someone can't handle that then they can't be on the internet any more. AND, if anyone reading this is using "password" or "123456" or their name and their birthday and crap like that...No, no, no, no
