I don't use PT so I can't help, but I'll mention that there are a number of converters that show up in Google. I remember when this was impossible not long ago, and then when it sort-of worked but only on the purest of monaural single sounds. Melodyne that Noel mentioned is the gold standard now.

One other thing. I know you asked about PT, but in BIAB, if a RealTrack has an underscore in the track name in the radio button, it means that MIDI notation is provided. While this doesn't play, it can be copied to a DAW and assigned a synth and it will approximate the performance, though without the actual player's nuances. In the case of piano, it's quite accurate. Other instruments like electric guitar or sax, less so.
