If you want to slow down from 120 to 105, BIAB only supports changing the tempo on a bar-by-bar basis, so I would start a few bars early and change to 115, then 110 in the next bar, then 105 in the target bar.
Or if that is still too abrupt, start say five bars early and drop the tempo by 3 every bar (3x5=15; 120-105=15) to get there.
