Depends on the Reverb unit.
I've used some where I send the unit a message to do many things .. change the effect altogether (like a program change message) or adjust the input, output or 'mix' of the effect itself (usually via a CC change message to the unit or more rarely SysEx).

For a crude 'getRdone' method, copy the sections to separate tracks and assign different effects/mix.
Example:
Have one track for the verse with effect setting A, and use another track for the chorus parts with different effects/settings. Sometimes this can actually be quicker and just as effective in the long run. Just chop it up to separate tracks and mute the original track.
