I'm looking for a UT for a Mandolin that is playing single notes (possibly root notes) in the typical fast 'mandolining' way.
There's nothing I can find in an RT or a midi style that might host one.
Its to go with a bespoke Style for a Chet Atkins country guitar tune ’Tahitian Skies' by Ray Flacke where the mandolin comes in on the final choruses playing single notes in the background.
Has anyone produced one?

Hi Pipeline thanks for coming back on this. I love RFs original but my version is the late, great Chet Atkins and Mark Knopfler simpler version - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRp1_fXRvUIThe mandolin player starts starts at 2.31 onwards and, for me, is the icing on the cake. My SGU is on a PM to you right now. I have tried to keep it as close to the CA&MK version as I can with my limited knowledge (and NO midi available whatsoever) but of course "ah git wut BB gives me". lol Best regards Ian

This seems to work ok, you will just need to use F5 to bring it in. If it's ok I will do the other keys, this is in D/Bm. Let me know if you want the octave changed. If you open the SGU in realband you will see what chords and octave they are in, it's just playing the chord root.
