Yes, you will need to have either an old Cakewalk Music Creator, or Sonar Home Studio (as Jim indicated), or a copy of Sonar. My understanding is that the old Cakewalk licensing servers are still functional, so you can authenticate it when you install (at least it was as of a few months ago when I installed Sonar on my computer that I re-installed from scratch).

For your 2014 version, you will need to install the 32-bit version of the software so that you get the 32-bit version of TTS-1.
