I imagine that this thread will prove very valuable for many users in the future because of the detailed discussion it contains. From that perspective, I have no doubt that you will be applauded and not criticised. I'm glad you got to the bottom of it all! By solving this problem, you (and all of us, too) now know how to avoid similar problems in the future.
