And for question 3...
I've noticed the semitone step sometimes with jazz base in particular. As far as I know, a user cannot control the individual notes of a Realtrack. Noel is correct in that you cannot control individual Realtrack notes. But with Melodyne Editor you can change individual Realtrack notes. It is an expensive workaround, approximately $400 USD, but is does work. Note that I do not work for Melodyne. My comments are from experience only.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
