Occasionally the chords in the chord sheet will suddenly turn red and the pgm produces no sound. If I copy the chords into a new file, they come out red and won't play also. Makes no sense as to what causes this as it seems totally random. Anyone else see this BinaB 2019 Latest build.

Hi Redcoat, I've never seen this. Do you have the lastest build of BIAB installed? For version 2019, the most recent build is #644 (found at the below link). This was released in Jan. 2020. https://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm#644Also, are these songs that you've created from scratch or have you obtained them from the internet? Regards, Noel

Welcome, Redcoat. I have never heard of this, either.
By your question, a BIAB song starts playing OK and then the chordsheet chords turn red and no sound. Is that correct?
Did you check all the connections for your audio equipment? If the program lost connection with your MIDI output device, this might happen. The program doesn't crash, though?
For us to be able to understand better, can you tell us more about your Options, Preferences, MIDI driver box, including the Audio drivers. Take a picture and post that, or describe all the values you selected.

I have seen this on couple of occasions. Unfortunately I do not remember how I solved it. If I recall it was some sort of particular file corruption of the parent track, where chords were copied from, the info that is copied with chords also gave issues if I copied to new project...
I assume if you open something from factory presets with chords, it will play ok?
