PGM allow three activations as a matter of course, so yes you can.
If you have three and want to move one, you need to deactivate it first via the Help menu.
If for any reason you run out of your three (typically by forgetting to deactivate or being unable to deactivate because the PC is fried, talk to support and they'll normally sort things out for you.
