 Hi Chantelle: Well I did install it, like always did in c:\Program Files\pt and when did the update install it went surely to that position, so as I see in the directory there is a ptw64 and ptw from prior version 2020. The link to open it was still applied to ptw, so I couldn't that the update would not overwrite the old version and instead update the link to the new. Also, for me is new that it has to be as admin open it! though I'm user and admin. Well doing the start: clicking to ptw64 as admin open the app. Thank you and will try in my other PC, and write you back on in case don't work.
