Hi, We can help you figure it out... Can you define what you mean by "it" - you are trying to open Band-in-a-Box, but are you trying to launch version 2022 or 2024, and where are you trying to open it from (e.g. your computer's C: drive, the external drive)? Your screenshot is not the Band-in-a-Box hard drive, so what is it? You could right-click on the file that you are double-clicking on and select Properties, take a screenshot of the properties dialog. Andrew PG Music Inc.
