Currently to change Part Markers in a song, it is done in the Chord Sheet.
Since the Part Markers are visible in the new Tracks View, in the example I've shown that uses a MultiStyle with nine different style changes, I've edited the first Part Marker to replace the Saxophone of the style with silence for the first eight bars rather than audio editing. This type of changing an arrangement can be done quickly using Part Markers and is a common function of BIAB, particularly when using MultiStyles.
It would be beneficial to be able to add Part Markers, remove Part Markers and use Part Markers to create new arrangements from the Tracks View.
The request is to make Part Markers editable in the Tracks View.
Not only part markers, it would be great if chords could also be added / edited from the tracks view.

+1 to part markers + 1 to Edit chords. + 1 to add a Marker track that could have markers names that could be edited.
Then you have replaced the Chord View. oops did I say that outload..

With clever design/upgrade of new tv it could replace ... chord/audio edit/mixer views. as ive said before in betas it would be fantastic to make new tv a musos central creation zone...would save lots of time flitting around different views menus and dialogs which often frustrates me.
to add to your views let me suggest..
..tempo track ..lyrics track ..maybe a special track for telling bb based on style to create drum fills and/or solos...instead of the fudge where i put part markers all over a special chord sheet. the above tracks could be hidden when user doesnt need them.
im assuming also a chord track like some daws have.
as i said with above the chords n audio edit n mixer views wont be needed. simplifies things also for new users. same idea for realband...make rb tracks view a musos work center so a new user sees similar workflow between bb and rb.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
