Hello, in 2013 I purchased the everything pack and band and a box. Well, I haven't even thought about playing around with this yet, but I am thinking about playing around with the notation thing in Bandon a box. Most of the time I usually create a composition with just a chord structure. So, I have a question what I use the notation part in band of a box what I would like to know is it very easy to create the composition with according and the notation? Or, is it quite difficult? And the other question I have when I put the notation in, that I have created on staff paper will it sound like it's supposed to when the notes are played with RealTracks? Well, this is just a quick question and hopefully you'll give me some help. Thank you for taking the time to read this post trapper456.

Trapper, you might enjoy exploring the Piano Roll feature in Notation. I spend a lot of time tweaking MIDI files in Piano Roll view. Any perimeter of a note can easily be edited.
It is a fun experience.
I'll try helping you if you hit the wall. Best may be trial and error. Jump in, get your feet wet, and just poke around.

RealTracks do not play notes you enter via notation. You'll need to use a MIDI sound source for that.
RealTracks are pre-recorded phrases that follow a chord progression, but not individual notes.
Some RealTracks have previously entered notation associated with them, but that is just so you can see what is being played by the RealTracks. And changing that notation will not change what the RealTrack is playing.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
