I took this course Don when it was free. I have all the videos and archived all the information that was offered. That is when I wrote this song. This is my song called "You'll Be Crying For My Love At Night "All BIAB"

I took his free course and did not like it. Maybe it was a compressed version because it felt disjointed and incomplete. I bought his book but not thrilled with that either.
$600 is way too much for his course in my opinion. There are better courses available for far less.

I'm not a Pattison fan, as I've stated here before. But even if I were, I would have a hard time rationalizing paying $600 for 6 weeks of one man's opinions when I could sign up with SONA or NSAI for an entire year, accessing multiple resources, for less money.

On a (possibly) related note, anyone know of a good online harmony teacher who uses BIAB as a tool?
I'm a sax player and singer. Taking Berklee's online course in musicianship to brush up on my theory and do less fumbling around and playing by ear. Looking for a composition coach who might help me use BIAB as a tool to experiment with chord progressions and voicings. This would be for compositions and arrangements for 17-piece big band, saxophone quartet, and SATB jazz vocals.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
