The piano entries do appear under the Hi-Q selections/Playable RealTracks, but they don't work. the corresponding file numbers don't show up in the folder... C:\Program Files\PG Music Inc\Band-in-a-Box Sounds\Programs\Playable RealTracks
I did reinstall the playable_realtracks01_sforzando.exe file with the same results.
Also, looking in the "Plogue sforzando x64" program, under... Instrument/Band in a Box Sounds/Playable RealTracks, The Category for Piano or Keyboards is MISSING.
Lots of behind the scene effort to resolve this one going on right now. Seems to be a problem with a "pointer" going to the wrong place. On my machine the install of the "playable Realtracks" defaulted to that same folder but on the F drive. Stay tuned.
Is there a place in the BiaB program to get a listing of the Playable Realtracks? I like what was covered in the intro video and would like to experiment with the feature where usable.

This sounds kinda snarky but thanks for the help anyway man. Maybe you did not mean it.
I actually entered in playable in the box on BIAB GUI that Peter himself showed me once and nothing came up.
The PRT button does not seem to be in your face and you have to search for it.
My real questions are in-depth and beyond what you have pointed out but I talked to staff and they are researching it for me. I am not talking about just any old track, I was talking about the dedicated PRTs.
When I have more info on the in-depth questions I have that have not been answered I will share.

You hadn't explained anywhere what search steps you had previously taken to find the information, and/or why your search methods failed. I was trying to see if you had already explored the suggestions that I had made. Had you looked at any of the items in those suggestions previously?

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
