I have looked around everywhere and i can't seem to find anything on how to do this...
Is it possible to write phrases for realtracks? like the bassline from Miles Davis' So What or All blues? or the phrase between sections in Chick Corea's Spain?
Is this possible?

No. Real tracks and Real Drums are built from prerecorded phases so you can not get them to follow midi or other notation.

You might be able to create some midi phrases that dress up the parts and combine your real track with midi syn. A good sound module might be sufficient.
What sound module(s) do you have available?

Making your own Real Drums parts is not too difficult however somewhat time consuming. There's a tutorial on doing it.
I won't say you can't make your own Real Tracks but...........................

What exactly are you trying to achieve?
Personally, I find PG software ideal in enabling me, as a singer songwriter, to create the full professional backing tracks I need to perform. There is no other software anywhere that enables me to do this. Then, I can re-mix in advance of a gig to mute those parts where I will have a live musician to play them and I have no problem with them interpreting their part in their own way.
If you really want a specific part to be played in a specific way, then write the notation for that part and use something like Coyote Forte (or some synth instrument) play it for you.
