After a few days playng around with the new (and fantastic) styles from 2011.5, I still have the sensation that the repertoire of Realstyles that comes with the program lacks a little bit of versatility. I've made a small count about how many styles are represented by how manys RT sets and here is the result: Pop / Rock: 40 5,6,7(1/2),20,21,22(1/2),23,24,25,26,27,40,41,42,43,4,46,47,48,49,67,68,69,70,71,83,84,85,87,88,89,98,107,108,116,117,124,125,126,134,135 Country / Folk / Bluegrass: 362,3,4,8,9,11,12,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,60,61,62,63,64,65,66,78,79,80,81,82,96,97,99,100,101,118,121,132,133,136 Jazz: 24,57(1/2),13,14,15,18,19,28,29,53,53,55,56,57,58,59,76,77,90,94,95,111,112,115,130,131 Smooth Jazz: 872,73,91,92,93,113,114,127 Blues: 710,11,30,31,32,44,86 Bossa Nova: 616,17,50,51,52,75 Gypsy Jazz: 4109,110,128,129 Reggae: 2102,103 TexMex: 2119,120 Latin: 274, 106 Celtic: 2104,123 Soul: 1122 Samba: 152 Funk: 0.522(1/2) Graphically:  I think that the program's value for composers grows with its versatility. In this sense, while there are so many options for rock, country o jazz compositions (in fact, sometimes is dificult just finding the right track due to the high number of options), there are many styles that are many styles that are sub-represented or not present at all: Latin music, for example with its enormous richness, or, disco, funk, house , soul, or (why not?) world music from Europe, Asia or South America. Jazz, Rock and Country styles are great (I really love the jazz ones), but I really think we need more versatility.

Cerio, I agree too. RealTracks are really great and they sound realistic because they are realistic. I understand PG position, because as we can't edit them, we need to get a great quantity of RT in each style to avoid boring repetitions of the same RT's.
For example, you want to build a set of 20song with Latin RT, we have a little choice compared to Pop RTs.
However, we get the impression that BIAB is getting specialized for use of RealTracks for Pop/Rock, Country and JazzRock (75% of RT). In the other hand, IMO, we get also the impression that new MIDI features or improvement of existing ones are abandoned.

Wow this is so on target Cerio ! I sell some Smooth Jazz tracks to a studio and they love real tracks (midi not so much). It's very hard to make all of someones CD sound different when there are so few real styles to choose from . I wish they would start at the bottom of your list and work their up filling up the gap ! Thank You for making this list Cerio it is the perfect visual proof of what is really lacking in Biab.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
