Fixed: If a song is loaded, and ASIO is used, and play button is pressed while a SetupEffects initialization routine was being executed, then an access violation could occur. In other words, if play was pressed "too soon" after a song is loaded, then an access violation could happen. This is more likely in songs with a lot of effects.
Fixed: Access violation if more than 4 pairs of MME ports were used.
Fixed: If tracks were currently soloed, pressing the master solo button on the main toolbar would not unsolo them.
Fixed: Solo'd tracks were not reset back to normal if File - New command was executed or if a new file was loaded.
