Hey Folks,

Well, this one should entertain a little more (maybe).

If you like to get your rock on, this nostalgic tune of mine might do it...or uh, make you laugh.

I wrote this in my "angry" years just after the U.S. was attacked by terrorists on 9-11-2001.

All done on my ol' Roland VS-1680 (which I think you can get for $100 bucks these days)...stupid me paid 2K for it back then...what a dork...I digress.

Vocals are uh, well...let's just say processed. Hey, it was my first concentrated go at things...and I suck anyway...so...certainly no Jeof Tate.

Anyway...here's the SoundClick link for fun

Eric,

I like this one MUCH better than the other one. (This one didn’t depress me). Could you bring the vocals a little more forward? Maybe post the lyrics?

How much of the guitars are you playing? I like it. Kinda reminds me of Heart, and that’s a good thing.

You’ve obviously got a thing for long songs, (6 min on this one). I’d shoot for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes and leave the listener wanting more.

Overall, a very good job. Thanks for sharing.

I really like this. You should submit it to KISS they could do this song easily. That has got potential. I have a friend at a Radio Station KMSMFM Can I record it onto my sound-card and let him play it on the air? My phone is 498-9836 Rockin man,,, I got something that I might like to co-write on if you would be interested. If you call and I don't pick up please leave a message. I wrote that I may like you to do an arrangement to, let me know...

Music is an expression that is a universal language, Never criticize anybody to harshly. They need time to grow but when they do, they do. Always be kind in what you say and do because the man upstairs is watching.

It’s all been said.

By all means copyright it and promote it.

I really like your vocals.

Two thumbs up.

Good to hear---thank you gentlemen.

The guitar work is all me (using a POD 2.0 external gear)...drums programmed also on an old DR-660 (still have that thing!).

Vocals screamed into the Roland VS1680 (it has on board FX)...yada-yada.

Bass work---me also.

I have no friends it seems! I have to do all the work. Ha.

I've got a collection of "old" stuff...most if it is certified crap...

I may post some selected cuts on SoundClick...that site seems pretty cool.

Need to look further into the licensing/promoting/selling thing...I'm clueless.

There's some GREAT talent out yonder.

99.9% of my work is not worth the hassle, nor in my wildest dreams would I possibly think charging money would be justified!

Well, that is to say, I'm not spending thousands of bucks in a pro studio!

Sometimes is shows huh?

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option

Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!

Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.

Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!

Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
