Hi all and happy new year to you! I have just upgraded BIAB to the 1214 version and decided to mess about with a Beatles: Here Comes The Sun. Now, I am not musically trained and learn the hard way, I have little knowledge about music theory and play "by ear" I believe that there is a time signature change where the lead guitar starts... I have tried to change it from the primary 4/4 to 3/4 on the applicable bars but it does not sound at all good. I would like for the guitar to strum once, for the duration of each bar... Here is a youtube video of the song, the bit that I would like to deal with starts at about 00:52. The Beatles- Here Comes The Sun This would be my first time trying to creating a backing track. Any suggestion on styles and signatures is welcome. Thanks, Franco

Doing time changes in Band in a Box will require some cut editing. Hopefully one of these days they will make it a feature as one of the problems with any software is it does not allow the user to do time changes quickly and effeciently. The way I do it is to make a version in each time say 4/4 and 3/4 then delete all of the bars not needed in each time signature. You can then put the song together in a daw and paste the 2 together.
