Add-ons and UserTracks for Band-in-a-Box

I downloaded some of these user tracks to see if I can use, however only 2 with .exe files work, none of the others appear on my program.
Is it because these only work on Mac computers and not Windows?
And, where can I find more .exe files in here?

I create and use UserTracks on PC only.
I do not have knowledge in regards to Mac.
Support email may get a more clear answer.

UserTracks should work with Windows or Mac computers but you may have to convert some files. The UserTracks I've seen use audio files with either the WAV or WMA file suffix. Mac computer typically want audio files with AIF, AIFF or MP4a file suffix.
You may need to convert the UserTracks audio file from the WAV or WMA file format to a file format more compatible with the Mac operating system.

if you downloaded exe files they would have been realdrums.exe made by forum users - to install user tracks I installed 7zip to make things easy your user track folder will be in will be c:\bb\realtracks if you are using an external drive go to it right click on the usertracks folder located in the realtracks folder - send to desktop create shortcut now when you double click on the downloaded user track zip or rar it will open in 7zip now drag the user track folder out of 7zip onto the usertracks shortcut icon on your desktop this will extract the folder to your usertrask folder now the newly downloaded user track will show in the user track picker window macintosh and windows can both use user tracks with wav files they can both use 7zip to extract the zip or rar files to the usertracks folder http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
