If you are on HD or UHD monitor or TV and you are tired of going to very the top of the screen to access the menu for each app you are using, MenusEverywhere solves this problem.
Open System Preferences from the Apple menu (). Click the Security & Privacy icon. Select the Privacy tab. Select Accessibility from the list on the left side of the Privacy pane. Unlock, Enable MenusEverywhere.
For some reason in Band in a Box it shows at the top of the chord sheet, so in the App's Preferences > Window Menu Bar, set it to Single button. This will insert the Menu Button next to the Notation Button. To show it, in the App's Preferences > Pop Up Menu, Enable Pop Up Menu via mouse button.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
